Introduction
The challenge
In line with their rapid growth strategy, Southern Coop needed to make a step-change with their uniform supply and how the whole programme was managed.
Why what you wear matters
With 4,000 to 5,000 staff spread across more than 210 sites, Southern Coop identified that they had a number of staff without uniforms and even garments with inconsistent sizing. With the high volume of staff, they needed a partner with a world class design service that could offer a fully managed.
Fit for purpose
Murray worked with Southern Coop to understand the challenges they were facing and built a programme to meet their needs. The programme included key elements of the Murray process methodology; Sourcing, Selection & Testing, QC & Production, Stock Management & Distribution, as well as online ordering and budgetary control.
Make it you
Murray designed and delivered bespoke workwear solution comprising a polo shirt, long & short sleeve shirt, trousers, Soft shell jacket, fleece plus accessories. The garments were trialled by staff prior to roll out ensuring they fit properly and were comfortable to wear.
