    I was keen to join the team as I could tell there was a commitment to quality, service and continuous improvement, both in terms of the provision to our clients, but also internally facing within our team.Cat has a strong background of stakeholder and relationship management. Cat previously worked for a large outsourcing corporation and had many and various roles in her 14 and a half years with the business, with each role focussing heavily on internal and external relationship building and communication.   In the role of Head of Account Management, Cat's responsible for the interactions and relationships between us and our customers; both the people that wear our uniforms every day, and the key client contacts responsible for uniform within their business. Our customer service and account management functions here at Murray receive exceptionally high praise from our clients, both wearer and key stakeholder NPS scores are consistently high, and this is something we are working on building upon and driving even further forward. Our key aims within the customer service and account management are to work increasingly effectively with our clients, working as a strategic partner and using our expertise, analysis of data and smart forecasting to guide and support our clients in obtaining the best possible ROI from their uniform offering.
