OUR TEAM

What makes us different

Meet our team below…

We draw from our differences to strengthen the team. Our people actively research innovative and alternative approaches to providing our clients with the best personalised design solution – we look to the wearers themselves for feedback and insight, conduct our own industry research, as well as consulting with young emerging talent.

The world never stops moving and neither do we. We know markets, fashion and people evolve and change, which is why we are committed, continual learners. We consult with industry professionals, our teams and your teams to develop a continuing cycle of knowledge learning and sharing.

Andrew Bacon

Andrew has over 20 years’ experience within the textile industry, the last 18 being within the corporate wear sector.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping to win and implement major new contracts within all key business sectors.  This success can largely be the result of listening to the client’s needs and expectations before helping to build a uniform range and service provision that will go over and above the clients and wearers expectations.  This is achieved by working closely with the multi disciplines within the organisation from Design through to Operations. Over the years Andrew has worked on requirements with businesses based in UK, Europe, America, the Middle East and Asia.  He holds good knowledge of the supply chain having visited a number of fabric mills and garment manufacturers across Europe and Asia. His thoughts on people & culture: “The team at Murray are very positive, we all have a common theme of providing the best possible service and quality products that will stand the test of time for our clients.  We are all open minded, receptive to change and trying new approaches to continually work smarter”.

Cat previously worked for a large outsourcing corporation and had many and various roles in her 14 and a half years with the business, with each role focussing heavily on internal and external relationship building and communication.   In the role of Head of Account Management, Cat's responsible for the interactions and relationships between us and our customers; both the people that wear our uniforms every day, and the key client contacts responsible for uniform within their business. Our customer service and account management functions here at Murray receive exceptionally high praise from our clients, both wearer and key stakeholder NPS scores are consistently high, and this is something we are working on building upon and driving even further forward. Our key aims within the customer service and account management are to work increasingly effectively with our clients, working as a strategic partner and using our expertise, analysis of data and smart forecasting to guide and support our clients in obtaining the best possible ROI from their uniform offering.
